If you have an urgent deadline we offer an EXPRESS SERVICE (your order engraved and dispatched within 2-5 days) for an ADDITIONAL £12.50 plus vat. Please call us on 01264 738136 to check that this is available for your order and that we can meet your deadline. When your order is dispatched you will be advised by email and given a link to track your delivery. This link to our Courier Interlink gives you the option to change the delivery day and time to suit you. You can also see the progress of your delivery on a map and even see the name of the driver! Goods need to be signed for so please arrange a delivery address where this is possible, sometimes a work address is easier. We have a fantastic track record of our glass arriving in perfect condition, but if there should be any problem, contact us immediately and we will replace any broken or damaged pieces as quickly as possible.

Wow, bought the big one and it is impressive. Loved the big chunky letters engraved around the rim of the lantern. Had my sister’s family names engraved to celebrate the birth of their last (and final!?) baby!! Loved the heart embellishment. Will be back for my Brother’s Wedding presents next year.

I ordered this item for a wedding anniversary present. The artwork was emailed to me to approve in advance and then I had a couple of further conversations with Jo (to discover what size candle would fit inside etc), which was very helpful. We bought these to take to friends in The States for their Country House. Had the House name engraved around the rim with a Pheasant embellishment to remind them of their UK friends! Jo was very helpful packing them for the journey in strong Gift tubes tied with ribbon, and I took them in my hand luggage stuffed with my socks and underwear (which I remembered to remove before presenting).
